1. Purpose
This policy helps protect customers, drivers, and the public by defining items and situations that are not permitted on the platform.
2. Prohibited Items
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, stolen goods, and counterfeit items
- Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, and weapons where prohibited
- Hazardous, toxic, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, or regulated materials
- Cash, negotiable instruments, precious metals, or high-value financial assets
- Live animals, human remains, medical waste, biological samples, or temperature-controlled perishables
- Items that exceed safe capacity or cannot be secured safely
3. Customer Duties
Customers must accurately describe items and disclose weight, dimensions, fragility, hazards, and access conditions. Misdescription may result in cancellation, re-pricing, account restriction, or liability for resulting costs.
4. Driver Rights and Safety Refusals
Drivers may refuse or stop a trip where an item appears prohibited, misdescribed, unsafe, unsecured, or outside the selected service level. Where platform rules allow, arrival compensation or cancellation charges may apply.
5. Unsafe Conditions
Drivers may refuse service in unsafe situations, including aggressive conduct, intoxication, illegal activity, inaccessible loading areas, dangerous weather, unsafe buildings, lack of safe parking, or hazardous handling conditions.
6. Enforcement
Movygo may suspend or close accounts, cancel orders, retain records, or cooperate with lawful authorities when this policy is breached.
