Movygo Pay-on-Behalf Policy

1. Scope

The Pay-on-Behalf feature allows a driver to pay a third-party seller at pickup based on customer instructions. This is commonly used for marketplace purchases.

Movygo and drivers are not parties to the underlying sale contract between customer and seller.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Movygo does not verify sellers, listings, title, authenticity, or item condition.

3. Payment Authorization

By enabling Pay-on-Behalf, you authorize charges for item amount, delivery fees, waiting time, applicable taxes, service fees, and any other disclosed charges.

Movygo may place a temporary payment authorization hold above the estimate to cover route or operational adjustments.

5. Driver Refusal and Cancellation Rights

Drivers may refuse or cancel where:

Applicable waiting, arrival, or cancellation charges may still apply when the driver has reached pickup.

6. Fraud and Disputes

Customers assume full risk for marketplace fraud, counterfeit items, seller misrepresentation, and seller non-performance.

Movygo does not adjudicate purchase disputes between customer and seller. Movygo may provide order evidence (timestamps, photos, route data) where available.

7. Limits and Risk Controls

Movygo may apply per-order or account-level limits, verification requirements, holds, or feature restrictions based on fraud and safety controls.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Movygo is not liable for seller conduct, item authenticity, item condition, or customer marketplace losses.

9. Policy Updates

Movygo may update this policy at any time. Updated terms apply to future orders after publication.
