2. Access Model
Driver data access is role-based and purpose-limited. Admin and operations changes are logged where reasonable to support auditability.
3. Operational Integrity
Status transitions, location events, proof-of-service records, and timeline events may be used to validate assignments, delivery completion, payout eligibility, and dispute outcomes.
4. Retention and Disposal
Records are kept according to legal, tax, safety, fraud, and compliance windows, then archived, anonymized, or deleted when eligible.
5. Enforcement
Movygo Inc. ("Movygo") may review driver records to investigate fraud, unsafe conduct, manipulated trips, repeated complaints, or compliance issues.
6. Legal Compliance and Audit Records
To support legal compliance, driver verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory obligations, Movygo collects and retains certain audit and consent records for drivers, including:
- Date, time, IP address, device type, and approximate location when you accept Terms, policies, submit compliance documents, or provide consent through the platform, to the extent technically available.
- Account creation, onboarding, document uploads, approvals, rejections, and re-verification events.
- Background check initiation, completion, and outcome records (where applicable).
- Job offer dispatch, acceptance, declination, assignment, status changes, completion, and cancellation events.
- Payout initiation, completion, failure, adjustment, and holdback records.
- Support interactions, incident reports, compliance flags, and investigation outcomes.
- Policy acceptance timestamps and version identifiers.
These records are retained for at least the duration of your account plus any applicable legal retention period, and may be used to demonstrate compliance, verify consent, investigate disputes, defend against claims, support regulatory reviews, and satisfy tax and audit requirements.
