1. Transport Risk and Insurance Position
Movygo does not provide cargo insurance unless expressly stated in writing for a specific service. Transport is arranged at customer risk to the maximum extent permitted by law.
2. Claims Relationship
Claims relating to item damage, loss, theft, delays, or transport conditions are generally between the customer and driver. Movygo may review available evidence but is not obligated to provide compensation.
3. Photo Protection and Evidence Records
Movygo may collect and review pickup photos, loading photos, delivery photos, customer issue photos, timestamps, route data, GPS records, acknowledgements, and communications logs. These records may be used to determine whether damage was pre-existing, whether condition changed during transport, whether delivery was properly documented, and whether a claim appears supported.
4. Claim Window and Evidence
- Customers must report damage within 48 hours of delivery completion.
- Customers must provide photos and supporting evidence.
- Movygo may request additional records, communications, route logs, timestamps, or confirmation records.
5. Exclusions
The following are generally not covered:
- pre-existing damage
- improper packaging
- normal wear, vibration, shifting, or movement during transport
- losses caused by inaccurate item descriptions or undisclosed access conditions
6. Fraud Controls and Claim Review
Movygo reserves the right to reject unsupported or fraudulent claims and to take account-level risk actions where abuse is suspected. Movygo may also preserve evidence records for safety, legal, and compliance purposes.
